| KPV has a solid understanding of the early childhood sector. Our diverse membership base is drawn from over 1200 early education and care providers. They include kindergartens, cluster managers, long day care services, occasional care centres and local governments. KPV represents the interests of parents, children and employers. We draw from the grass roots knowledge and expertise of our members when advocating for change in the early childhood sector. KPV is the peak organisation promoting the voice of parents in quality early childhood education for Victorian children. KPV's policy positions are consistent with Vision 2011 - our vision for the strategic development of early childhood education. In all areas of our media and policy activities we will utilise member expertise, sector wide research developments and undertake independent research where necessary to provide informed, evidence-based analysis.
