If you’ve forgotten your member number please email or phone KPV on (03) 9489 3500 or 1300 730 119 during business hours. You’ll need to give your full kindergarten or centre name and contact details along with your name. Member numbers and passwords will only be supplied to current KPV members.

KPV owns copyright of all materials published on this site and information may not be reproduced or published without the express permission of KPV.

As indicated in the KPV shop we have specific terms-and-conditions covering normal commercial issues such as freight and delivery issues, refund requests and acceptable payment methods.
KPV uses secure encryption to protect the confidentiality of data transmissions during your online shopping session. Some browsers will show activation of our SSL (secure socket layer) certificate during your session with a padlock symbol in a corner of the bottom of your screen.
Our payment gateway supplier at www.eWay.com.au also uses encryption and security measures to ensure that your online shopping experience is confidential, fast and secure.
4. Technical issues
This site has been designed to be accessed by all contemporary leading Internet browsers in their normal configurations such as Internet Explorer 7.0, and/or Firefox. If you have turned off or altered those settings, e.g. blocking JavaScript, then the site’s appearance may alter.
