KPV welcomes the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) which commenced on 1 January 2012. The NQF aims to ensure the provision of high quality early childhood education and care and school aged care services for all Australian children to provide them with the best possible start in life. KPV promotes quality early childhood education for Victorian children, serving more than 200,000 children and their families. Our membership is made up of over 1200 early education and care providers such as independent kindergartens, cluster managers, long day care services, childcare centres and local governments.
