Starting Out Safely - early childhood traffic safety education
Emma King, CEO of Kindergarten Parents Victoria (KPV) is delighted to announce that KPV will be delivering the Starting Out Safely project on behalf of VicRoads from 1 July 2011. Starting Out Safely is about children, parents, carers and early childhood educators working together to guide children’s learning in being and becoming safe and independent road users. Starting Out Safely focuses on the correct use of child restraints and booster seats, pedestrian safety and safe play.
VicRoads has engaged Kindergarten Parents Victoria in collaboration with the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare and fka Children’s Services to deliver Starting Out Safely across Victoria.
